Refund policy

• The Buyer has the right to replace or return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of handing over to him. The Buyer must contact the Company to implement the return of the product and to agree on the terms of the return.
• The product is replaced or returned if it has not been used, the appearance of the product, consumer features, documents available with the product are preserved, as well as the document certifying the fact of payment and there is proof of purchasing the product from the Company. To return or replace the product, the costs of delivery (transfer) to the Company are performed at Buyer’s expense.
• If the Buyer returns the ordered products, the Company returns the Buyer ninety (90%) percent prepayment of the price of the product, and the prepayment of ten (10%) percent is not returned to the Buyer, it remains to the Company. The refund is made exclusively by a non-cash method.
